Most email clients will allow you to copy and paste the Signature Output contents directly into the app. Video instructions are linked for Outlook, Apple Mail (MacOS and iOS), and Gmail. If your email client supports direct input of HTML code (e.g. Spark, Thunderbird) you can use the HTML code instead.
